Assistant Attorney General Ed Hamick (representing the State Board of Land Commissioners) opened the public meeting and announced the board had been in executive session to discuss privileged attorney-client matters related to Mount Princeton Geothermal LLC (Denver District Court 2025 CB 33341) and the Rainiew Metropolitan District water application (25 CW30001).
