At its March 19, 2026 meeting the City of Norwalk Zoning Board of Appeals opened two public hearings, granted a continuance for a retaining-wall variance at 34 Charles Street, and continued a rear‑setback variance for 10 Winthrop Avenue after debate about topography, safety and whether the variance should be reduced to 12–15 feet.
