San Antonio Zoning Commission met to consider multiple rezoning requests, conditional-use requests and a proposed Unified Development Code amendment on detention centers; the commission approved several rezoning recommendations to go to City Council, postponed several items for later hearings and voted to recommend denial of the proposed UDC detention-centers amendment after extended discussion on exemptions and public-notice requirements.
