At its Nov. 5, 2024 meeting, the Beardstown City Council discussed procedures for revoking a special-use permit for a banquet hall on the 700 block of East Third Street after multiple noise complaints and approved routine minutes, the consent agenda and disbursements. Reports from water, police and fire departments were filed; code enforcement and zoning reports were attached to the minutes.
