Nehalem City Council on March 6, 2025 reviewed code concepts to implement Oregon’s SB406 middle-housing law, heard presentations from Cascadia Partners, and discussed infrastructure, lot-size and flood-zone constraints; the Planning Commission will hold hearings in April and May and will forward a recommendation to the Council.
