The Octorara Area School District board held a public meeting to present and discuss a five-year strategic roadmap covering six priority areas—culture of achievement, MTSS implementation, student behavior and discipline, safety and security, facilities and capital planning, and communications/charter outreach—and approved several personnel and grant-related action items. Presenters summarized benchmarks, proposed capital projects and financing plans and the board approved hiring and grant-resolution items by voice vote.
