Dallas City Council adopted a supplemental budget and a series of interfund transfers to fund ambulance purchases and a new facilities and equipment fee fund, approved a fee schedule with several proposed increases, passed an ordinance repeal at second reading, and the Urban Renewal Agency updated grant guidelines and tabled a proposed hotel market study until September.
