The Greeley Planning Commission held a workshop to review the draft West Side Area Plan and an optional form-based code; consultants presented goals for walkable, mixed-use neighborhoods and commissioners pressed on implementation tools, infrastructure costs, and whether the code should be optional or mandatory.
