The Grand Saline City Council met on Feb. 17, 2026. Council adopted an ordinance regulating residential solar installations, approved routine minutes and financial reports, confirmed appointments to the Parks and Recreation Board, discussed large grant applications and scheduling for ordinance/rate review, and recessed into executive session to discuss real property, personnel and legal matters.
