At a March 26, 2026 special-call meeting, the Green Level Town Council met in closed session under NC G.S. 143-318.11(a6) to discuss personnel and then voted unanimously to uphold the Town Administrator’s decision to terminate employee Derrick Torres while converting a two-week unpaid suspension to paid. The council set its next regular meeting for April 9, 2026.
