Altoona City Council met Feb. 6, 2023 and approved the maximum property tax dollars for FY 2023–24 after a required public hearing, awarded a contract for a pond bank stabilization project, approved two residential plats and a truck-parking site plan, accepted a hydrant project proposal despite a budget shortfall, and passed a multi-item consent agenda.
