Cowlitz County commissioners approved a consent agenda and several procurement and service contracts, including an energy-audit reimbursement for the Hall of Justice, landfill gas and geomembrane contracts, a countywide pavement overlay bid, and a contract to upgrade the county's food-safety database. The board also opened public comment, received updates and adjourned.
