Goochland County Planning Commission held its June meeting to hear several conditional use permit and rezoning requests, approving two accessory-dwelling CUPs, acknowledging an applicant deferral for a large short-term rental/events proposal, and recommending denial of a developer'requested left-turn lane waiver for a 14-lot subdivision (to be heard by the Board of Supervisors).
