Kyle City Council held a special meeting April 16 to hear public comment, reconsider a recently approved directive about a proposed code of conduct for boards and commissions (the council voted to reconsider and then directed staff to return with options), review options to reinstate an audit/finance committee, get updates on the Unified Development Code project and facilities master plan, and accept the city manager's resignation.
