Council approved three resolutions — for a wastewater collection system master plan, a procurement-card vendor transition, and a one-year renewal of an asphalt/concrete contract — tabled a final reading on a permanent concrete batch-plant specific-use permit, and held executive sessions on a water-authority agreement and a real-property matter with no action taken.
