The Harpers Ferry special tenant council met to approve the FY2027 levy, move forward on a website upgrade (including a proposed harpers.gov domain), consider a revised funding request from the Harpers Ferry historic foundation, address multiple waterworks items (vehicle replacement, maintenance funding, and staffing) and adjourn. Several motions passed unanimously or nearly so; the council also approved hiring a waterworks operator candidate and voted to re-advertise remaining openings.
