La Porte City Council on April 20, 2026, adopted a resolution enabling the use of Indiana Code 5-23 public–private procurement options, approved a pilot (PILOT) agreement to renovate Country Acres apartments, reviewed progress on the 39 North water-main and tank project financed with SRF funds, and approved an amendment related to the Microsoft project; several project updates and proclamations were also presented.
