The panel approved a combined water/wastewater operator job description to forward to the City Council, approved a consultant contract for a 2026 lead service line replacement program, and authorized a confidentiality agreement with a solar developer. Several staff and commissioners marked retirements and the meeting adjourned to a joint charter meeting.
