The San Carlos Planning and Transportation Commission approved a design review, protected tree removal, grading certificate, transportation demand management plan, and a mitigated negative declaration for a new automotive repair and storage facility at 930–940 Commercial Street, including dedication of an 8-foot public pathway easement and conditions addressing grading, trees and public safety.
