City of Maricopa council passed a package of code updates allowing certain electric mobility devices on sidewalks with a juvenile helmet requirement, approved a new tool for city-funded frontage improvements ("scallop" ordinance), approved land realignment/lease agreements for a 72-acre site, and made two citizen appointments; council also heard a presentation from Arizona Game and Fish.
