Kenosha County Board held an organizational meeting that included public comments thanking outgoing Chair Monica Juhas, a series of unanimously passed resolutions on housing, public safety grants, parks and budget carryovers, and the election of Mark Nordegen as board chair and John Franco as vice chair.
