Utah State University Extension staff presented nutrition, youth-development and local weather-monitoring projects to San Juan County commissioners; commissioners then spent the remainder of the work session reviewing proposed final edits to the county's commission policies and procedures, debating agenda deadlines, emergency-item exceptions and which agenda items require county attorney review.
