Macomb City Council met to adopt township and city budgets, approve several code and fee changes including a new business registration program, authorize a vehicle purchase for the police department, approve a temporary highway closure for Heritage Days, and give the Committee of the Whole authority to act on a municipal housing authority resolution; an executive session on personnel matters followed.
