At its April 21, 2026 meeting, the Duluth Downtown Development Authority approved an intergovernmental agreement giving the City authority to enforce parking rules at the Marriott Hotel parking deck, heard updates on Red Clay Theatre renovations and attendance, reviewed alleyway improvements, and received the proposed FY2027 DDA budget.
