Clayton City Council held a hybrid regular meeting on May 21, 2024. Council received a progress report on a city energy-conservation program and approved reclassifications to several city positions, including creation of an Assistant City Manager/Administrative Services Director; public commenters raised concerns about ADA improvements, quarry noise, staffing turnover and promoted the Clayton Pride event.
