The Duluth mayor and council met March 9, 2026, and unanimously approved a consent agenda that certified an estimated roll-back millage rate, made multiple board/commission appointments, authorized funding for the Pine Needle Pedestrian Connector design, extended an IGA with Gwinnett County School District for Coleman Middle School parking, and approved two budget amendments for Public Safety building repairs and equipment.
