Costa Mesa Parks and Community Services Commission held a special meeting April 23 to review the city'9s two community garden centers, hear public comment from gardeners about access and parking, and direct staff to work with commissioners on a small ad-hoc group to evaluate expansion and program improvements. The commission also reviewed its annual work plan and identified CIP, park-assessment and outreach priorities to present to city council.
