At its March 7, 2023 meeting, the Clayton City Council voted to terminate the Clayton Business and Community Association master use agreement and authorized an ad-hoc committee to negotiate a new agreement after extensive public comment about Endeavor Hall rental rates and nonprofit tiers. The meeting also included routine proclamations, a Clayton Valley Village presentation, staff announcements and council reports.
