At its Dec. 11, 2024 meeting the Borough of North Haledon Council approved a consent agenda that included personnel appointments, reimbursements, contract awards and payment of bills totaling $3,767,387.04. The council also heard a presentation on the states 4th Round COAH affordable-housing obligation (assigned number: 220 units) and discussed redevelopment options; no formal COAH action was taken.
