The San Antonio Committee on Governance met to consider creating a program to incentivize and support ‘middle housing’ (duplexes, triplexes, small multiunit and casitas) to expand affordable housing; staff recommended predevelopment assistance, unified contact, design templates, fee relief and coordination with the housing commission; the committee approved the staff recommendation and closed the meeting.
