At a Beaufort County Council caucus meeting on April 27, members approved a motion to temporarily move into executive session to discuss litigation, property covenants and economic development, then unanimously authorized the county administrator to negotiate and execute documents to locate a temporary embarkation site for ferry service to Daufuskie Island during Highway 278 bridge construction.
