The Blackford County Commissioners met to hear a presentation from the Indiana Department of Veterans Affairs on new accreditation standards for county veteran service officers, approve consultant and litigation participation actions, hear highway and facilities updates, accept claims and payroll, appoint a member to the Area Planning Commission and receive public comment urging a moratorium on wind/solar projects.
