Palm Beach Gardens City Council convened to swear in a newly elected council member, appoint mayor and vice mayor, approve a package of ordinances and rezoning actions (including the Hilltop Gardens multifamily project), review community programs and events, and hear public comment opposing installation of Flock Safety cameras.
