The Borough of North Haledon Council met on Feb. 15, 2023, adopting multiple ordinances (salary, budget cap bank, streets/sidewalks, fees, certificate rules, insurance election) and approving a consent agenda including buyback payments, a fuel contract renewal and appropriation transfers; several major ordinances (zoning, land-use consolidation, bond ordinance, salary supplement) were introduced and scheduled for final hearing March 15, 2023.
