The Hernando County School Board heard a large public response supporting its student representative program after online harassment of the student delegate; the board said it will not eliminate the program but will review and restructure how delegates participate to prioritize student safety. The board also approved routine policies, adopted the agenda and consent items, and issued one expulsion order.
