At its April 28, 2026 meeting the Emmet County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to move forward with repealing Ordinance No. 2023-01 (a hazardous-liquid pipeline zoning restriction) and set a May 12 public hearing. The board also approved interagency and secondary roads transfers totaling $1,375,429, adopted its five-year construction program for FY2027, appointed a county weed commissioner and handled several routine administrative items.
