The Rules and Public Policy Committee of the Indianapolis City-County Council met March 17 to receive a fiscal impact report on a tentative Teamsters Local 135 agreement covering Mayor’s Action Center customer service staff and to consider appointing Mr. Moreland as chief administrative officer and policy director; the committee accepted the fiscal report and forwarded the appointment to the full council with a due-pass recommendation.
