The council adopted ordinances rescinding the municipal ethics board, banning unregistered motor vehicles, and updating abandoned-vehicle rules; qualified several police-department ordinances for first reading; approved a consent agenda that included personnel actions and a $1.38M contract award for the Molly Ann Pumping Station; and took other routine actions.
