City of Red Bank held a FY27 budget work session where the city manager proposed a two-year, staged property tax increase (16¢ in FY27 and a possible additional 16¢ in FY28) and department directors reviewed division-level budget requests, capital projects and operational pressures including stormwater upgrades, solid-waste funding stress and paratransit subsidy questions.
