Nampa Parks and Recreation delivered its annual department update to the City Council covering master-plan goals, staffing and efficiency measures, FY27 capital requests (including large Midway Park phases and park/pathway grants), cemetery scattering garden bid request, golf course investments and proposed simulator training facility. Council asked questions about fees, residency, project management needs and deferred maintenance.
