At an informal Richmond City Council meeting, the clerk read the docket and reported that many ordinances and resolutions will be retained, amended or continued to May or June committee and council meetings. Council Member Trammell asked to defer comment until later to address cost-of-living adjustments (COLAs) for retirees when citizens are present.
