The Whitestown Plan Commission heard a contested rezoning request from PY Homes for a 28.41-acre site (PC26-005-ZMC), including a presentation on a revised plan that reduces lots to 50, increases open space and adds perimeter buffering; commissioners gave a favorable recommendation to the rezoning with written commitments and also approved multiple commercial and industrial concept/development plans and a town training facility.
