Quorum Court of Marion County, Arkansas met to consider several ordinances: an amendment to the countywide 1% sales-and-use tax breakdown (including shifting a 3% share to the road department); multiple budget amendments including workers’ compensation and body armor purchases; a request to replace the assessor’s server (tabled); and authorization to pursue purchase of real property for the road department.
