Little Rock Board of Directors held a special call April 28 to authorize a retainer for PFAS-related litigation over contaminated firefighter turnout gear and to consider several consent and contract items, including a Corps of Engineers drainage acquisition project, a $400,000 city match for a shared-use path, a parks mowing contract renewal, and a year-end budget amendment.
