Rowlett Planning and Zoning Commission met July 22, 2025, to hear: (1) a special use permit for a 1,400 sq ft accessory structure at 2906 Toller Drive (public comment and staff review led to a recommendation with conditions); (2) warrants for the Bulleit Multisport Complex at 8700 Princeton Road (three landscaping/parking warrants debated and voted separately); and (3) a tree removal permit for a commercial development at 6851 Lakeview Parkway (approved).
