Lobbyists Drew Campbell and Brandy Bird presented to Rockwall County commissioners about declining projected state transportation funding and urged local advocacy for a proposal to gradually direct more motor-vehicle sales tax revenue to the state highway fund; county staff also updated the countys thoroughfare plan and upcoming town halls.
