Rockwall County Commissioners Court held its regular meeting April 14, 2026 in the Historic Courthouse. The court recognized local volunteers and agencies, accepted the county's FY2025 audit, approved several community events and construction change orders, debated a memorandum of understanding on the Outer Loop with regional partners, and adopted a new indigent health-care eligibility policy effective immediately.
