At the Shiawassee County Board of Commissioners annual meeting on Sept. 17, 2025, the board approved routine bills and payroll totaling $6,285,608.73, authorized several contract renewals (including a $54,040 LACASA agreement and a $16,219 screening contract), approved personnel refills, and named two board of canvassers nominees. Vice-Chairman Gary Holzhausen presided; Chairman Gregory Brodeur was excused.
