San Diego City Council met Sept. 12, 2017. The council approved several consent and policy items including companion unit ordinance amendments, undergrounding and parking program work plans, a right-of-way vacation and a statement of budgetary principles; it also upheld an environmental appeal for a proposed medical-marijuana cooperative and heard extensive public comment on homelessness and a hepatitis A outbreak.
