Members of a Wauwatosa City commission reviewed three land-use items: an adult day-care conditional use/application, a lot-line adjustment for property at 2400 N. Mayfair Road, and a certified-survey map to create a lot for future student housing at 8701 W. Watertown Plank Road. All three items were approved by the commission and will go to the Common Council on April 28 for final consideration.
